President’s Message

Our chapter is filled with vibrant, experienced, and innovative professionals who are committed to fulfilling the NOBLE Mission of “Justice By Action”.  We endeavor to continue to strengthen and expand our membership across the criminal justice field to include the greatest minds in law enforcement, corrections, and courts within New York City and the adjoining counties. Our membership will stand at the forefront of conversations surrounding the rapidly evolving criminal justice system to ensure that equity, fairness, and true justice become a cornerstone of the design.
